Will I get a sample before I go ahead?

As a company policy, we require clients to approve a digital proof to confirm your order. If desired, at an additional cost we can have a physical sample made. Please contact us for costs

There is a grammer or printing error.

The onus is on you to make sure you provide us with us much information as possible as well as all the correct spelling. This is particularly important if you require stationery in a language other than English. We will of course make every effort to iron out all errors but you will take responsibility for the final sign-offs. We will send you various proofs along the way for you to check.

Can I pay in cash when my order is finished?

Lua Nova Studio does not accept cash payments. We have various methods available to ensure safe and secure payments. A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your order. The balance is payable prior to collection or delivery. 

How do I pay for my order?

How is my order delivered?

By default, all orders are scheduled for collection from our offices. Delivery will be an extra fee based on where you are situated. Once your parcel is packaged we can give you an exact quote depending on the parcels weight and size. Please specify when placing an order if you would like delivery included.
